No complaints whatsoever, the venue met the purpose, can't recommend highly enough it. Its location at a short distance from Arusha Central Market was decent.
Nothing could have been better.

Central location makes it easy to access food and downtown markets, close to local mosques adds cultural experience.
Bathroom towel rails broken, main light in bathroom not working, wiFi barely functional and often malfunctioning, street noise quite bothersome, especially due to nearby mosques' early morning prayers.

It was just a well-suited match for a short break in Arusha with good price-quality ratio. The staff helped me with my late-night check-in, made my arrival much easier. Be prepared for power issues, though, as there's no backup generator during the day.

The room was spacious and comfortable, and the food options for breakfast were delicious and fresh. I loved relaxing on the sun terrace with a lovely view. Sipping my coffee by the pool was a great way to unwind. If I had to mention a downside, the WiFi could be a bit spotty, but it didn't ruin my experience at all! ☕

adequate urban experience but lacks consistency
The staff provided warm and friendly service. The city view from my room was quite enjoyable. Cleanliness was commendable, with the room and shared spaces well-maintained, which I appreciate in any hotel.
WiFi connection could be improved, as it was inconsistent at times.
